GOT7 member YUGYEOM is set to release his last full-length album before his military enlistment. YUGYEOM will drop his second full-length album [Interlunar] at 6 PM on the 17th. Facing his upcoming military service, YUGYEOM likens the impending hiatus to the period when the moon is not visible between the waning moon and the new moon, which inspired the album title [Interlunar]. He embeds a message throughout the album that, although we may not see our loved ones for a while, knowing we will meet again means there is no need for fear or sadness. The album features double title tracks, 'Interlunar' and 'Shall We Dance', among a total of 10 tracks that showcase YUGYEOM's matured musicality. Additionally, the album's production and features boast a lineup of artists who have established themselves in their respective genres, including Code Kunst, SEVENTEEN VERNON, Dynamic Duo's Gaeko, DJ Wegun, L-like, Hoody, Thama, and KIRIN. Last year, YUGYEOM received global acclaim for his first solo full-length album [TRUST ME] and single [Sweet Like], and from October to April this year, he successfully completed his solo world tour [TRUSTY], hitting major cities across Asia, North America, and Latin America. [SBS연예뉴스 ㅣ 강경윤 기자] 방송인 겸 크리에이티브 디렉터 박경림이 합류한 쇼뮤지컬 '드림하이'(주최 ㈜아트원컴퍼니 / 프로듀서 김은하)가 관객들을 찾아온다. 27일 제작사에 따르면 박경림이 크리에이티브 디렉터로 참여하고 초연 때와 마찬가지로 국내 최정상 안무가 최영준이 함께해 더 업그레이드된 무대를 선보일 예정이다. 앞서 박경림은 대한민국 댄서들의 위상을 공고히 하고 K-콘텐츠의 세계화에 앞장서겠다 고 선언한 바 있다. 또 박경림은 극 중 교장 역할로 직접 출연, 이전 시즌과는 또 다른 모습의 교장을 보여줄 예정이다. 원작에서 배우 김수현이 맡았던 '송삼동' 역에는 제국의 아이들 출신 김동준, 세븐, 갓세븐의 영재, 아스트로의 진진이 출격한다. 송삼동의 라이벌 '진국' 역에는 강승식, 윤서빈, 인피니트의 장동우, 뮤지컬 스타 추연성이 캐스팅됐고, 해외파 춤꾼 제이슨 역에는 2023년 초연 시 어린 삼동 역할로 뮤지컬에 첫 도전한 김동현과 블락비의 유권, 임세준이 캐스팅되어 기대를 모은다. [SBS연예뉴스 | 강선애 기자] 동방신기, 비 등 K-POP을 대표하는 12팀이 마카오에서 아시아 팬들에게 깊은 울림을 남겼다. 지난 18일(토) 마카오 더 베네시안 아레나(The Venetian ARENA)에서 열린 '슈퍼사운드 페스티벌 in 마카오'가 공연장을 가득 채운 1만여 명 관객의 뜨거운 함성과 함께 성공적인 행사를 마쳤다. K-pop boy group GOT7 expressed their gratitude to their former agency, JYP Entertainment. On January 20, the 1theK Originals YouTube channel uploaded a video featuring GOT7. In the video, the members took some time to read and react to online facts about themselves. When the topic of their former agency, JYP Entertainment, came up, the members remarked, JYP Entertainment is where we got our start, so we feel a strong connection to them. We're grateful they brought us together. The writing online mentioned that in May 2022, the members acquired the trademark rights for GOT7, including for unit activities, from JYP Entertainment. The group's leader JAY B personally reached out to each member, collected the necessary documents and seals, and managed the process of getting all the required signatures to complete the trademark transfer. Regarding this, JAY B shared, To be honest, if they didn't want to transfer the rights, they could have made things very difficult by asking for an exorbitant amount or something similar. But instead, they offered the rights to us at their original value. I was truly grateful for their support. Not all agencies would do that, and the other members nodded in agreement. In January 2021, GOT7 parted ways with JYP Entertainment, with each member signing with a different agency. Some time later, BAMBAM explained to fans how GOT7 managed to keep their group name despite leaving JYP Entertainment. We bought the rights to the name.
